The Confluence Is Now Available for Preorder!

We’re proud to announce The Confluence: An Anthology of Grand Rapids Poets, now available for preorder from Grand River Poetry Press.

Edited by Christine Stephens-Krieger and Scott Krieger, The Confluence gathers 208 poems by 76 writers whose work reflects the many currents of our literary community. Established authors and emerging voices, page poets and performers meet here in poems of place, family, work, illness, justice, nature, grief, faith, love, and joy.

The anthology is now at the printer and will be published October 8, 2026. Preorder a copy for shipment when books arrive, or choose free pickup at the launch.

Join us for the anthology launch on Thursday, October 8, at The Chapel at Fountain Street Church, 24 Fountain St. NE, Grand Rapids. Doors open at 5:00 p.m.; the anthology open mic runs from 5:30–7:30 p.m. The evening will feature readings from the anthology and a chance to meet the poets.

The Confluence is a 234-page, 6 × 9 paperback, available for $15.
